John deMinico MBS RYT is an internationally renowned teacher of Yoga and Eastern concepts since 1992.

He travels Throughout North and South America providing hands on educational experience to seekers and professionals of all levels.
John is founder of New Paradigm Fitness Inc., Sanktuary Spa, co-creator of YoQua, and senior Yoga Teacher for the International Sports Medicine Association [ISMA] and Sandals resorts.
He is also accredited to teach QiGong, Reformer Pilates, BodyTalk and Energy Psychology.
Integrating the essence of eastern and western philosophies, John’s balanced approach to teaching has led to the development of Self Managed Evolution, Blue Collar Yoga and Emotional Wisdom.
