Dreams, Visions and Unified Field Utilization

Born in İstanbul. In her primary and secondary education, and in her university years as well, she lived in different places of Anatolia. For a long time she worked for big companies at the top management level. Later, all of a sudden she quit her career and went to Fethiye to live on an island. At the end of seven years, she wrote there her first book Sırıtkan Kırmızı Ay (Grinning Red Moon). In 2000, after coming back to İstanbul, she began to work as an instructor and a counselor. She also worked as the genereal coordinator of a film company. The TV series “7 Numara (Number 7), which nearly became a phenomenon, was the product of this beatiful team work. In the meantime, she was one of the co-founders of Xasiork Ölümsüz Öyküler Kulübü, established in order to support new authors in the field of fantastic and thriller fiction. She contributed to the organization of many meetings and competitions that enabled us to learn the imagination of the youth. She was also the first entrepreneur who published their short stories and novels. In 2002, her second book Venüs Bağlantısı (Venus Connection) was published and her third book Bir Kadını Öldürmek (To Kill a Woman) was published by Altın Kitaplar Press in June 2005. In addition to her books, she has numerous essays, philosophical poems and short stories. Her other book Sır Mısır was published again by Altın Kitaplar Press in March 2008. Working on the issue of dream over the last ten years, Atasoy helped many to become a dream interviewer. Besides, she developed a theory about the formation of the universe. This work called as Game theory was given an extensive space in her book Bir Kadını Öldürmek. Her sixth book YENİ’den Doğanlara was published in April 2012. On the one hand, she now continues her work about integral view and holistic universe (CFU). On the other hand, as a Life Design Counselor, she also maintains a team work through which she hopes to incorporate new experiences to our reality. She now lives in İstanbul and has a son.

Awareness is not an effect that comes to us from outside, but a level of brightness that is reached as a consequence of the healing of internal blockages and darknesses. Let us remember what modern medicine first does once there is a discomfort in the physical body: Through radiography or more sophisticated methods, it tries to determine the areas where there is a problem/darkness. And dreams are the X-rays of the psyche (of a person as a whole). There is of course a need for an expert to decode these X-rays (dreams). In fact, the expert is not one who knows the symbolical language, but one who is well-versed in “questioning technique” which may reveal the symbolical language. Gayle Delaney, a follower of G. Jung, says the following: “Dreams do not tell us what we state we think and feel, but what we really think and feel. When we are awake, we can blind ourselves and turn ourselves into fools, but when we sleep, we never do this! Dreams are just like a letter coming from our souls; they are sources of knowledge, creativity and health. If we ignored our dreams, we would deprive ourselves of the intelligence ‘which can be accessed by everybody, but of which most people cannot be aware’.” Native Americans and our ancestors agree on the fact that the most blessed thing that happens to someone is dreams and visions. Application of the Unified Field Utilization (UFU), when primeval teachings, quantum physics and the data of my own intellectual and practical journey were all taken together, was as if it was always within our arm’s reach, but it still astonished us in the experimental stage. In principle, the foundation of this application has to do with the fact that whenever we start to utter a sentence with the subject “I” as a person, we are speaking of two disparate and fundamental I’s. First, the subject “I” of each of us is a single “I”. Second, this is a one of a kind, unprecedented, unique “I”. What is unique is our “I”s, whi

By teaching asana, breath and an awareness of the movement of energy through the body, Ana teaches yoga from an intuitive and highly developed understanding of the human body and psyche.  With her meticulous guidance, Ana’s students cultivate an acute awareness of their own practice and life process, resulting in an exhilarating journey into self-discovery, cleansing and healing.  For Ana, this is her intent.  “In teaching Forrest Yoga, I am doing my part to mend the hoop of the people - to inspire people to clear through the stuff that hardens them and sickens their bodies so they can walk freely and lightly in a healing way, in a Beauty Way.”
Ana took her first yoga class at age 14 on a dare and became a certified instructor at age 18.  Her extensive study and clinical application of healing modalities, including homeopathic and naturopathic remedies, anatomy, reflexology, pressure point therapy, craniosacral therapies, Shiatsu, chiropractic, polarity and hands on healing, always informs her work.  In her life-long pursuit of becoming a better teacher and healer, Ana has undertaken intimate studies in Sweat Lodge, Pipe Ceremony, Vision Quest and Sundance with various Native American and African healers.

What if you were able to track the process of transformation? This means becoming aware – during the actual process – of all the things that are happening to you during a transforming moment or time. In this session you will create a heightened sense of awareness through breath and asanas to become aware of the quality of feeling that lives inside. Tracking what is happening in your yoga poses can be applied to tracking and guiding transformation in other parts of your life.

The Method of Five - A new way of learning, a new way of coaching.
Using the 5 senses (sight, hearing, smell/taste, touch, intuition) and the 5 expressions (movement, painting, writing, sounding, body language) has never before been put forward as a simultaneous and studied approach to learning or coaching. Why? Because using all these aspects at the same time requires a lot of specific experience, creativity and imagination, something that may not always be available. In this presentation we look at traditional learning and coaching methods as compared to the Method of Five, the tools available to convert traditional coaching to Method of Five coaching and what inspirational results to expect. Sven informs about the theoretical backdrop, personal experiences, tools to use and facilitates two short hands on exercises. Whether you are the coach of your own life or the coach of others, the Method of Five will be a transformational opportunity!

Creating a garden of Eden

Kaia's initial explorations in yoga and meditation in the early 70s took her to seminars around Europe, then out to India, where she spent 12 years in meditation, exploring consciousness, clearing karma, and studying advanced yogic practice. During this time she had a profound kundalini awakening, which took a decade to integrate. Her personal experience, BSc and MA degrees in psychology, and scientific research created a foundation for her spiritual counseling, her DVD "Spiritual Emergence" and her book "Journey Through Transformation."

Born in a musical family, she started piano classes at age- 4. Over the next 20 years explored several wind and string instruments, percussion and chanting and performed internationally. She now uses these skills for group healing and raising consciousness. Her CD Inner Quiet has received praise from many for its ability to release stress and improve sleep patterns.
Kaia has been teaching and leading workshops since 1986, using words of inspiration, yoga, qigong, sound, and silence to deepen people's meditative experience. Her spiritual counseling integrates yogic practice, shamanic medicine, Byron Katie's work, art therapy, EFT, sand tray therapy, and energy work to clear unhealed experiences and bring people to their full potential.
In answer to calls from a troubled humanity and mother earth, Kaia is increasingly focusing on integrating our spiritual awareness with our daily lifestyles. She co-founded Transition Ottawa, built a solar powered cabin, and trained in permaculture design. She is presently co-creating an eco-community, discovering ways to live a joyous, peaceful, loving co-existence with nature and all beings - to build heaven on earth.
Having opened to more light and awareness, how do we bring our physical lives into resonance with spirit to co-create the conscious, loving, peaceful world we wish to live in? We’ll explore shifting key values to enable radical transformation, re-alignment with nature, the wonders of permaculture edible forest gardens, sunlight, awakening internal and external energy sources, and ways to build the power of joyful spiritual community so we can bring our daily lives into increasing spiritual attunement. Inspiring new ideas will be seeded for a more conscious world. Q&A. Guided visual meditation and later we will break out into groups.

Yoga is not just an exercise. You can find a way to overcome your stres by carrying out any kind of yoga. Yoga is a life philosophy that helps you easily overcome stress. Stress manifests itself in different ways across various levels of our body and yoga philosophy removes stres from the body with a different approach for every level. At the level of pyhsical body, stress manifest itself as tension. People under stres often tell that they have an unbearable tension in their bodies, necks ad shoulders. Stress also causes spasms in our muscles. At the level of breath or life energy, stress bring about speeding up. As our level of stress increases, we breathe rapidly and superficially. We do not use the capacity of our lungs sufficiently. Our cells do not receive sufficient oxygen. At the level of mind, stress results in agitation. Our mind is complicated. Hundreds of thoughts pass through our mind at the same time. At the level of psychical body, stress causes lack of balance. Stress results in our discord with other people and environment. The asanas (body movements) of the yoga practice removes tension at the level of physical body and contributes to relaxation. And pranayama (breathing techniques) results in the slowing down and deeping of breath. At the level of mind, meditation contributes to the calming down of our mind. And at the psychical level, it brings about a balance within ourselves, a living harmony between ourselves and the environment and other people. Yoga increases our energy level and enables us to be more productive in less time. The morning asanas, salute to Sun series, breathing exercises (pranayama) and Meditation creates a spark in our bodies and a life energy that begins to flow through our bodies, minds and sould. And thanks to these factors, we stay rigorous all day long. By using “Om Namah Shivaya” mantra, we remove the negative impacts in our body and mind. Thus, we open both our body and our sould to “unconditional love”.

Path to Unconditional Love: “Healthy Body, Awaken Mind, Free Spirit” What is unconditional love? Unconditional love is to accept and understand each and every created thing as they are, i.e., without judging them. It is a state of submission. Unconditional love is beyond being an emotion. It is to understand that everything has a reason, to experience it and to be one within it. It is to expand, to embrace, to surrender to the beauty of the Creator in “all the aspects” of the created. It is a thought, a life, a transformation from a state of mind to another, starting with the imperative “know thyself”. It is undoubtedly very difficult to actualise and embody such a higher level of consciousness in “today’s circumstances”, but it is not impossible. In fact, it is a “state” which we have forgotten. We just need to awaken and remember it again by eliminating all our conditionings within.

Mevlana's Biography and What Sema means?
Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Balkhi, also known as Jalāl ad-Din Muhammad Rumi, and more popularly in the English-speaking world simply as Rumi (30 September 1207 – 17 December 1273), was a 13th-century Persian Muslim poet, jurist, theologian, and Sufi mystic. Iranians, Turks, Afghans, Tajiks, and other Central Asian Muslims as well as the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent have greatly appreciated his spiritual legacy in the past seven centuries.Rumi's importance is considered to transcend national and ethnic borders. His poems have been widely translated into many of the world's languages and transposed into various formats. In 2007, he was described as the "most popular poet in America." Rumi's works are written in the New Persian language and his Mathnawi remains one of the purest literary glories of Persia, and one of the crowning glories of the Persian language.A Persian literary renaissance (in the 8th/9th century), alongside the development of Sufism, started in regions of Sistan, Khorāsān and Transoxiana and by the 10th/11th century, it reinforced the Persian language as the preferred literary and cultural language in the Persian Islamic world. His original works are widely read today in their original language across the Persian-speaking world (Iran, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and parts of Persian speaking Central Asia). Translations of his works are very popular in other countries. His poetry has influenced Persian literature as well as Urdu, Punjabi, Turkish and some other Iranic, Turkic and Indic languages written in Perso-Arabic script e.g. Pashto, Ottoman Turkish, Chagatai language and Sindhi.
